Trey Buteau

Partner / Project Manager / Estimator

As a managing partner, Trey is a leader who is involved in every aspect of the day-to-day operations for Testament. Trey works closely with clients to understand their needs and then executes each detail of the project to exceed their expectations. He leads the Testament team to work with integrity and a commitment to excellence.

Trey is a third-generation graduate of the United States Naval Academy and an 0-2 submarine officer. He holds a master’s degree in Construction Management from the University of Alabama – Birmingham. Trey worked for two years as a Project Engineer for Hoar Construction in Birmingham before returning to his hometown of Shreveport. Trey has 15 years of experience working in general construction in Northwest Louisiana.

Trey credits his military service for teaching him how to be led and how to lead. His core beliefs are that work ethic, character and attitude supersede everything else.
